How Hybrid Facial Specialist Training Works at Dermaline

By Dermaline Academy · Published

Hybrid training combines online theory with in-person practical instruction. At Dermaline Academy in Longwood, your 220-hour diploma includes both. Online study does not replace the required hands-on work.

Plan your start with admissions

We accept enrollment inquiries throughout the year. Before you enroll, discuss your start date, study expectations, scheduled practical sessions, and expected completion timeline. Rolling enrollment does not mean attendance requirements disappear or that every lab time is always available.

Understand the online portion

Online theory gives you a way to study away from campus. Ask admissions to show you the learning platform and explain assignments, instructor support, assessments, progress tracking, and any deadlines. Confirm the technology and internet access you will need before starting.

Arrange in-person practical training

Practical sessions take place in person. Ask which skills you will practice, how instruction and feedback work, and what attendance is required. Agree on the sequence of theory and practical work with the school rather than assuming a particular schedule.

Prepare a realistic completion plan

Tell admissions about work, family, transportation, and other commitments that affect your availability. Ask what happens if you miss a session and how make-up work is arranged. Your expected completion date should reflect the attendance plan you agree to.

See the school before deciding
